How does a district create a culture of respect among its students? By requiring a culture of respect among its leadership. Districts should establish a respectful culture that helps prevent sexual harassment in schools to enhance the work environment for employees and set a good example for students.This session will discuss what the board and administrators can do to establish such a culture.
