Navigating Choppy Waters: Social Media Tips for School Districts and Board Members

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Feedback form is now closed.
Does your district have a social media presence? How about your board members? This session will explain why the answer to both questions should be “yes,” the different ways social media should be utilized by each and how the two can co-exist and complement each other to the benefit of everyone in your school district and community. Share the dos and don’ts of social media, discuss actual real-life examples of social media activity (good and not-so-good) and debate how social media interactions with students, parents and community members are best handled by the district and by board members.
