Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Feedback form is now closed.
Does your school meet its mission and vision? How do you know? This session will help board members understand what happens to the graduates of their school district, including the success of those entering education and training programs beyond high school. This interactive presentation will include the school board's role in establishing policies aligned with Iowa's economic and workforce needs, and how the board can adopt meaningful goals and expectations proven to support the success of students long after they leave high school. Participants will engage in using various tools developed by the AEAs to explore the readiness and success of high school graduates as they enter college and the workforce. Come prepared to take home specific strategies that will help you move your district forward to a Future Ready Iowa!

For more information, or in case you can’t attend this session and want to learn more, AEA PREP Director David Ford will be in the Exhibit Hall, Level 2, at the AEA PREP Booth #527 until 2 p.m.
